The next in our limited editions, and we couldn’t be prouder.

Sour, tart, zingy. This shrub is very low in sugar and smooth in taste. We used a Prosecco vinegar as the base which is both smoother and less vinegary in taste, and a higher acidity so sugar in less than 2% in the bottle, before dilution.

Excellent with vodka and in Prosecco. Our own experiments have shown that gin isn’t as well paired. On its own with soda water it’s really quite marvellous.
