Whole and ground pepperberry: the most beautiful native pepper you can find. Mix this into your regular pepper in the grinder, use with any red meat or mix into salad dressings. Anywhere you would use Szechuan pepper this is an ideal substitute.
Pepperleaf: spicy and aromatic, use this instead of bay leaf. Use this in soup and curry.
Pepperberry salt: on any red meat, on anything! Mix with olive oil and lemon and put on salmon or nisçoise salad.
