Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love our tonic as much as we do.

If your tonic doesn't arrive in perfect condition please take a photo of it and contact us as soon as possible. We'll send out a replacement at our cost immediately. Alternatively you can visit us at one of our markets where we will do it on the spot. Our products contain no added preservatives. Very rarely this means the contents could be compromised if they've not maintained the pre-opening seal or are not stored correctly after opening. If this is the case please make note of the six-digit batch number on the bottom of the bottle when contacting us.
